Your Visit

How do I book?

You can call us at (216) 512-1755 or use our form to request a visit online. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your symptoms and location to confirm we’re the right solution. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you decide.

How soon will someone arrive?

Clinicians are usually able to arrive about an hour from booking. Arrival time depends on your location and demand, but we aim to get to you as quickly as possible so you’re not stuck waiting.

If you'd like to schedule more than an hour in advance we will arrive at the time of your choosing.

What should I have ready?

Most visits last 30–60 minutes depending on the issue. We take the time needed to evaluate your condition, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident about next steps.
