Once you schedule, you’ll receive a confirmation text and an introduction to your clinician, including their photo, name, and credentials.

Our clinician will arrive at your home at the scheduled time, equipped with the medical tools and supplies needed to diagnose and treat most common urgent conditions.

If a case is outside our treatment scope, we’ll help direct you to the right level of care — before your appointment begins.

How fast is your service?

Appointments are as soon as 1 hour from booking, depending on clinician availability and your location.

Most visits are efficient and focused, generally wrapping up in around 30 minutes from arrival. Your clinician will take the time needed to understand your symptoms, provide treatment, and answer your questions without rushing.

How do I know if MobileMD can treat my condition?

We provide urgent care, primary consultations, minor procedure assessments, and basic diagnostic services at your home. Feel free to check out our What We Treat page for more info.

All our clinicians are fully licensed and certified medical professionals with extensive healthcare experience.

After booking, you’ll receive your clinician's name, photo, and credentials so you know exactly who to expect before they arrive.

Do you take insurance?

Not yet, but we do accept HSA & FSA cards for payment.

Many patients also choose to submit their visit summary to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
