What Happens After You Book
Once you schedule, you’ll receive a confirmation text and an introduction to your clinician, including their photo, name, and credentials.
Our clinician will arrive at your home at the scheduled time, equipped with the medical tools and supplies needed to diagnose and treat most common urgent conditions.
If a case is outside our treatment scope, we’ll help direct you to the right level of care - before your appointment begins.

Appointments are as soon as 1 hour from booking, depending on clinician availability and your location.
Most visits are efficient and focused, generally wrapping up in around 30 minutes from arrival. Your clinician will take the time needed to understand your symptoms, provide treatment, and answer your questions without rushing.
We treat a wide range of common conditions at home, including things like cold and flu symptoms, strep throat, minor injuries, rashes, and UTIs. Basic testing and primary consultations are also included. Feel free to check out our What We Treat page for more info.

After booking, you’ll receive your clinician's name, photo, and credentials so you know exactly who to expect before they arrive.
Each visit is conducted with the same standards of care you would expect from a traditional urgent care setting, with additional physician support available when needed.
Not at this time, but we do accept HSA & FSA cards for payment. MobileMD operates on a simple, transparent private-pay model with flat-rate pricing.
Many patients choose to use HSA or FSA funds, and you’ll receive a visit summary that may be submitted to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
