MobileMD was founded by Darryl Costin Jr, a Cleveland entrepreneur known for building trusted local service companies like BeHome and CleanKore.
After years of watching family, friends, and patients waste hours in traditional urgent care waiting rooms, Darryl saw the obvious truth:
the problem wasn’t the medicine, it was the delivery.
So he set out to create a smarter system, built for today’s world. One that brings licensed medical professionals directly to the patient’s home, with the same quality standards as a clinic.
The result is MobileMD: a local, physician-supported urgent care service that’s quickly becoming the new standard on Cleveland’s West Side.
